I’ve reached a point in my career where I want to be surrounded by people who not only share a vision, but a genuine commitment to upholding their company’s culture and values. The ideal team consists of passionate team players who don’t take themselves too seriously but are serious about doing good work and know how to have fun.

Dream Big. A vision can be inspirational and change the way a teams works to solve a problem. It can target a specific opportunity or challenge. And it can, ultimately, transform the trajectory of a group or business.

Get things done and get results. Whether it’s by going over, around, or straight through a challenging obstacle, I know how to network, can be resourceful, and by sheer force of will, get things done.

Lead and develop. My goal is to manage a team of people with compassion and have fun while doing it. I take it as a sign well done when individuals sprout their wings after a few years and move upward and onward.

People that have all these attributes in their wheelhouse are the people I most enjoy working with. I’ve been extraordinarily grateful to have the opportunity to do that every day of my professional career with some great people and value-centered organizations. I’ve cherished every opportunity I had working for and with some incredible people supporting others in their quest to fulfill their mission. Note: I apply these same principles in a volunteer opportunity as well.

It’s all about the experiences
and I look forward to what’s next.
